Abstract

An electrolysis device comprises a plurality of electrode plates assembled on a plate frame having a wire attached to the device. The device is held within a non conductive watertight casing having means to allow water and gas in and out. Oxyhydrogen (HHO) gas is produced when an electric charge is applied across the plates. The water and gas mix may then pass into a bubbler separator device having a housing 1. A water pump 2 may be fitted which pushes the mix through a vortex creator 5. The direction of flow will then be reversed in the bubbler. The gas may be drawn off from the liquid as it passes through a diffuser 7 and exits via outlet 8 at the top of the bubbler and is fed to an internal combustion engine. Water may leave at the bottom of the bubbler. The device is intended to improve the efficiency of internal combustion engines.

Description

The invention here is help to solve the problems of burning fossil fuels in an internal combustion engine and help reduce the exhaust emissions that pollute the atmosphere.
Solution: to save fuel and increase engine output and decrease exhaust emissions by supplying HHO(oxyhydrogen) on demand to the air intake of an internal combustion engine.
Water is supplied from a bubbler (H) and a pump(h2) is used to supply the HHO (oxyhydrogen) cell(E) via a pipe to port ( INLET/OUTLET HOSE SPUR) which supplies the bottom chamber(Fl) and then travels up through the bottom rail plate frame(A2) and passes between the plates(Bl,B2,B3>B4,B5,B6) an eiectric current is supplied across the plates supplied by the wires(Cl) and HHO(oxyhydrogen) is produced.
The HHO(oxyhydrogen) and water then passes through the top rail plate frame(Al ) and into the top chamber(F2 ).It then exits the chamber(F2 ) via the top port( INLET/OUTLET HOSE SPUR ) and along a pipe to the port( INLET/OUTLET HOSE SPUR ) on the bubbler body(Hl ).
The water and HHO(oxyhydrogen) then pass between the outer cylinder(6) and inner cylinder(4) then up and over the vortex-er(5) where HHO(oxyhydrogen) and water separated.
Water flows back to the pump(H2) and HHO(oxyhydrogen passes upward towards the diffuser(H7) and the to the gas outlet(H8) and then into the inlet manifold of the engine.

Claims (1)

  1. Claims A device for producing HHO(oxyhydrogen) for an internal combustion engine on demand. The electrode plates are securely held in a rail plate frame(Al,A2,A3,A4 ) with slots that allows water to pass under slight pressure across them while an electric current is passed between via electrical wire(Cl) that is sealed in the outer casing wall's(E7,E8) allowing the production HHO(oxyhydrogen) with out any current leakage from the wires. The plates and rail plate frame( A,B) can then be slipped as one assembly into place inside the casing(E). The casing(E ),rail plate frame(A)and access cover(D) made from non conductive and water tight material allowing electric current and the flow of gas and water in a sealed unit. The water and HHO(oxyhydrogen) flows along a pipe and are then separated in the bubbler(H).The bubbler( H) generates a vortex with the aid of a pump(H2). Water and HHO(oxyhydrogen) enters the bubbler(H) in an anti clockwise rotation flowing upwards towards the top of the inner cylinder(H4) then through the vortex-er(H5) then reverses its flow to a clockwise rotation helping to separate gas from water. HHO(oxyhydrogen then flows through the diffuser(H7) and throught the gas outlet (H8) and into the air intake manifold of the engine.
