Abstract
The system automatically fills internet forms or contact details in emails with personal data stored on a smart card. Users and businesses need only swipe a card or take the card's number to complete the personal detail section in a form. Personal information may be stored at a central website for use on internet forms.

<p>Written description:</p>
<p>The Smart card Form Filler, software and reader'. We seem to live in a world of repetitive information giving i.e. to get an Insurance quote or to register with an lstate Agency or Internet company we have to give our information over and over again.</p>
<p>The invention is aimed at the consumer with benehts to consumer and business, making life easier by never having to fill in a form or give your details out again.</p>
<p>The consumer side of the smart card form filler' comes with a card reader and writer, there will also be sotIware enabling you to 1111 in a one time ürm to embed in the smart card via your home Personal Computer. There will also be a website upload function embedding your information into a central website operated by the i i liller vendor for future download to companies and for USC on iiteiiict lOnn. The consumer will visit, telephone or complete via the internet all their personal details with the swipe ofthcir smart card form filler. Businesses will be invited to integrate smart card fOrm filler readers' to take smart card swipes via consumer visits, telephone calls or via their websites on the Internet where a simple swipe will complete the personal detail section of the fOrm.</p>
<p>Business software and readers will have the ability to incorporate Form tiller' smart card swipes into their soth'are and websites enabling them to take details via a smart card swipe.</p>
Claims (1)
- <p>Claims: The smart card form filler will hold all personal informationon the holder, which is input and editable via their home personal computer by way of a smart card reader/writer.</p><p>The consumer smart card form tiller software will enable the holder to enter and edit all personal information and upload to a central secure website.</p><p>The consumer smart card form filler software will also enable you to complete internet forms, to input your contact details into emails and letters with one swipe of your smart card in the card reader/writer.</p><p> The smart card form filler will be compatible with dedicated business card readers and software enabling businesses to embed customer information into their standard database forms and into their website forms.</p><p>A series on numbers will be given on the smart cards enabling businesses to initially take a number from the customer to get their details via the form filler vendors' internet site when provided with a Personal Identification Number from the customer.</p><p>A specialist telephone reader will be available to business to purchase enabling a swipe of customer information to be taken over the telephone system instantly.</p>
