Abstract
A mirror 1, with heating elements attached, enables the user to enjoy a mist free reflective surface in a steamy bathroom. The heating elements are attached to a temperature control switch 3. Both are attached to a power source 4 through a power cable 2.

Description

The Heated Bathroom Mirror Title: Heated Bathroom Mirror Aim: To produce a mirror with attached heating elements to enable the user to enjoy a steam-free mirror.

Background: The problem I have often encountered is that after having a bath or shower, the mirror is covered with steam making it veiy difficult to shave. This is due to the surface of the mirror being cooler than the stcam in the room, causing water droplets to quickly cool when they come in contact with the mirror, and thereibre causing condensation.

Current Solutions: The solution to overcoming this problem is therefbre to heat the suitce of the mirror to a higher temperature. This can be currently achieved by: L. Using a hairdiyer 2. Using a fan heater attached to the wall facing the minor.

Both have their pros and cons.

The Heated Bathroom Mirror tackles the problem discussed, by applying heating elements directly to the mirror.

Description:

A Bathroom Mirror with heating elements attached to the niirror. These heating elements are attached to the on/offswitcb. This in tum is attached to a posber element Figure 1 shows the individual components required.

I. Mirror 2. Heating Elements 3. On / Switch /temperature control 4. Power Source Figure 2 shows the individual components together to make The Heated Bathroom Mirror.

I. Mirror With Heating elements Attached 2.

2. Po\ver Cable 3. (i)n / Switch teniperature control 4 POwer source

Summary:

In conclusion the Heated Bathroom Mirror is a simple and highly effective concept, which satisfies the aims required 3.
