Abstract

A restraining bracket made from chrome coated plastic, fixed to a wall by two screws to be used in conjuction with a shower hose, which will in turn hide the said screws from view. The bracket to be complete with only gap being enough for the shower hose to fit through with ease. There-by restricting the shower hose from reaching any contaminated water, from shower tray or toilet.

The Description:
This invention (Hose-Safe) relates to a wall mounted bracket to hold a shower hose to restrict the movement of the shower hose from reaching the toilet due to Water Board Regulations to stop contamination of mains water.
There is no product designed for this use.
The 'bracket' will allow freedom of movement for use but will restrict shower hose being dropped into dirty water.
There are several brackets on the market none of which are suitable for this use.
Figure 1 shows a photograph of the product we have had made Figure 2 shows measurements The product once marketed will be made from chrome coated plastic and will be attached to the walls by way of two screws which will be hidden by the hose once in place.

Claims (4)

1. A restraining bracket made from chrome coated plastic, fixed to a wall by two screws to be used in conduction with a shower hose.
2. A bracket as claimed in Claim 1, which will allow hose to flow through with ease.
3. A bracket as claimed in claim 1 and 2, which will restrict the shower hose from reaching potentially contaminated water.
4. A bracket as claimed in Claims 1-3, which will allow Water Authority regulations for new build properties to be upheld.
