Abstract
A lifting tool for objects such as bricks comprises at least a four pronged grab clamp 3, 10 and may be incrementally slidingly and telescopically adjusted from both ends of the tool by means of strategically placed holes 12 that will allow for the near correct positioning of the tool upon an object in order to safely grab/clamp and lift the selected object or objects 14. The tool is intended to require no welds in its construction, and may be formed from aluminium. In use, two tools may be used; one in each hand.
Description
POINTMASTER BRICKLIFTER
THIS INVENTION
This present invention relates to a tool device for grabbing clamping lifting carrying laying and stacking bricks blocks paving boxes objects etc of which tool design is not limited to manual handling for it can be adapted and/or gauged for machine handling.
KNOWN OTHER TOOLS
There are certain other types of manual handling devices for lifting an amount of bricks or a block of which weight of tool increases the load dramatically with regards the HSE stipulations on manual lifting and carrying of which tools are designed to be welded that increases the risk of stress failures and these tools adjustment facilities are set at pre designed points to try to comply with a product size of which adjustment sometimes results in slack fittings whereby the handle is not in the correct lifting position and/or the tool will double over on itself with the object falling out of the grip of which grip is a limited two point connection to any object and it is also found that these tools will not reduce to handle smaller sizes of smaller weights of handling in order to use with both hands to spread the weight evenly about the torso to be safely lifted with both hands equally.
INTENTION OF THIS INVENTION
It is the intention of this invention to provide lifting tool devices that are lightweight and preferably (but not limited) to be made from aluminum with no welding points at all and of which aluminum material will allow at least a four pronged soft base grab clamp connection of the object lifted which tool can be incrementally sliding and telescope adjusted from both ends of the tool by strategically placed holes that will allow for the near correct positioning of the tool upon any object in order to safely grab clamp lift carry lay or stack any selected object or objects within a designated adequate range of any manufactured specific size of tool of which tool in the manual lifting carrying and stacking mode of use it is preferred that two lifting tools are used in each hand in order to distribute the weight evenly about the torso when lifting and carrying as recommended to do so by the 11SF (The Health & Safety Executive) in order to place layers in even stacks in preparation for construction works.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF ACCOMPYING DRAWINGS
The embodiment will now be described in reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig A. This is the plastic grip that secures onto the actuating handle lever of the tool.
Fig B. This is the adjustable actuating handle lever.
Fig C. This is the adjustable box housing support which allows for fine adjustments.
Fig D. This is the adjustable back clamp.
Fig E. This is the R clip and pin to secure the actuating handle lever and back clamp.
Fig F. This is the tool placed over a row of 6 bricks in preparation to lift.
Fig 0. This is the tool placed over a block in preparation to lift.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF ACCOMPYING DRAWINGS
Fig A. I is at least a plastic grip that will fit over the distal single end of the actuating handle Fig B2.
Fig B. is at least an actuating handle 2 which has a fork end 3 which locates with the object to be lifted whereby 4 is placed into rail slot 8 of Fig C6 is the box housing to locate with a hole 5 with pin 12 through hole 5 and 4 with R clip 13 through pin 12 to secure therein.
Fig C. is at least a box housing 6 with integral rail slot 8 and strategically place incrementally adjustable holes 5 and 7 whereby fine adjustment can be made from each end of the box housing in order to find the best possible positioning for the four locating points ofjaws width to suit any object in its range.
Fig D. is at least an adjustable back clamp 9 whereby the distal single end will be inserted into the box housing as in Fig C6 at its box end to locate with integral adjusting holes Fig C7 and 11 to be fixed there as aforementioned with pin Fig's EU and R clip 13 whereby forks 10 will locate the object to clamp there.
Fig's E. 12 is at least a pin that will insert through the holes as described to be secured there with at least an R clip 13.
Fig F. shows the tool placed over a row of bricks 14 whereby actuating handle 2 is fixed at point 12 in the front view of box housing 6 into rails slotS by which handle 2 will be lifted at grip I that will actuate against pin 12 to draw in the box housing which is attached to back clamp 9 at 12 to lever the tool into a four point grip of each end in order to allow the row of bricks to be grab clamp lifted carried and stacked in readiness for construction works.
Fig G. shows the tool placed over a building block to be lifted likewise as described at Fig F above. You can see that pin 12 has been adjusted to insert through box housing 6 and back clamp 9 to suit this size in a safe width adjustment to accommodate the object.
(Note: In the machine or mechanical lifting mode of this invention it will have at least a certain connecting point to attach to any operated machine or mechanical operated appliance of which design of connection is not drawn herein and is not limited to any).

- 2. A mechanical or machine lifting tool device according to claim I that allows a method of use to safely grab clamp lift carry lay or stack any selected object or objects within a designated adequate range of any specific size of tool device manufactured.
- 3, A claim according to the above claims whereby this application will protect me and my claims from adverse and wrong procedures of the Patent Office and alleged Patent Attorneys Solicitors Lawyers Barristers and Judges; from likewise as I experience in my gained former Valid Patents in the UK Europe 0118303 & USA 455848, of which I also gained Patent Office Design protection, a DTI Design and Kite Mark, DTI regIonal development grants, WDA grants and shares in my company, Bank and NCB grants, and the Merthyr company Hoover grants. There were also other Media awards and publications in eminent BDA College and training books worldwide. Which Pointmaster products are specified by architects the NHBC and in building regulations and literature worldwide.Pointmaster was advertised and featured as a prize in the national bricklaying apprenticeship awards at the world wide NEC exhibition at Birmingham over many years; and also at Wembley and Cardiff exhibitions. Pointmaster won Place in the televised HTV and other competitions. Our agents and my business have extensively advertised on the internet and in most major journals and have featured in most all the BDA publications for college apprenticeships' etc. Our Pointmaster products have been sold from the major and small merchants UK, Europe & US and Canada etc. Of which I have used my Trade Mark and name PO[NTMASTER for my products since at least 1980.However the Patent Office allowed other persons my name POINTMASTER for their product name. Trade Mark, and actually also allowed them in 1998 to form a company called POINTMASTER UK for their new product in the same market area as my products, in the Patent Office Trade Mark number 2139871.My Patent Attorney -and I actually wrote to the Patent Office a few times since 1985 regarding my Trade Name Pointmaster, Jointmaster and LE-Jointmaster; which was pursued in my "Patent County Court" and High Court Patent Infringement actions regarding my POINTMASTER Products of which the Patent Office did reply to me (and of course there was all the above information, and: -Particularly I experienced at the hands of at least two Patent Attorneys 3 -Intellectual:1 Property Solicitors and one who recommended in his firm. Also dealt with this. Also Receivers Ernst & Young who acted for the defendant and the solicitors firm which initially acted for me (was odd). Including Barristers in the Patent County Court and in the High Court, who all seemingly would not acknowledge my Valid UK/EU arid US POINTMASTER Product Patents and the thousands of infringing parts and product held kept and supplied and also passed to more than one Also the telephone recordings of the infringers continually admitting to manufacturing new infringing products along the way;.tn fact allowed this joint infringing company the -out of these proceedings.also played with the clear evidence of infringing products upon his bench; and these had actually admitted in their defence and skeleton arguments and in telephone recording before the admitted they were manufacturing infringing products and had received infringing products from with hundreds of thousands of infringing essential parts. However just as on the stand was admitting he was manufacturing infringing products all the time, the -halted the trial and called the Banisters and Solicitors into his chamber, and then the proceeded to place an Order to try to protect and Ordered me to pay £20,000 to When I continued against because as I said they admitted their supply from and were continually manufacturing infringing products, did not (as he did cite -in the) protect me to cite the directors the or bring back suppliers to or annul Order. In these proceedings it was allowed that the hands-on directors the were allowed to maneuver over time (as alt the solicitorsSand banisters were warned that the may do this as it was stated they had in the past) to put this company into to avoid my claims, of which advised that these directors and/or. -could not be pursued, why I do not know. I now think it was all dropped to conceal certain information from anyone who could possibly find for professional negligence's etc? All of the latter has cost my wife and me at least £500,000, including Patent Fees of which it seems was a total waste of money I paid over 21 years, because actually my Valid Patents did not protect me; to not be able to find for any infringements at all. Our businesses also suffered badly, of which my wife and I have worked dammed hard as being self employed in the Construction Industry, for the past 43 years; and our manufacturing company with POINTMASTER nroducts etc which was lust about destroyed by the infringements So please allow this claim in order to protect me and my claims from the adverse procedures of the Patent Office and alleged Patent Solicitors Attorneys Lawyers Banisters and Judges.

- 8. A claim according to the above claims whereby this application will protect me and my claims from the adverse and wrong procedures of the Patent Office and/or alleged Patent Attorneys Solicitors Lawyers Banisters and Judges, so please allow a claim to protect me in that in the event of any adverse procedures as in the the only recourse is through the I-ugh Court (of which I do not think considers the merits of any claims in any event, and so this is also 1 am also told that the possible costs of any High Court hearing against Patent Office adverse procedures is about £40,000 of which this procedure is again.who is actually funded by us private sector taxpayers for them to -and of course most normal individuals cannot afford these stupendous costs, I therefore believe this bars me from any fair hearing and is discriminating against me and other people who cannot afford these costs; so please protect me from these Patent Office adverse procedures in all these claims.
- 9. A claim according to the above claims whereby this application will protect me and my claims from the adverse and wrong procedures o the Patent Office and/or alleged Patent Attorneys Solicitors Lawyers Barristers and Judges, in that the Patent Office directs any inventor to take the advise of Patent Attorneys of which enormous costs (and perhaps insurances and litigation costs) are therefore out of reach of most people; of which people can be unwittingly lead into these costs not knowing of these adverse hidden procedures and other enormous costs they may be put too. Which these adverse procedures are biased for the Patent Office who is actually funded by us the private sector taxpayers (for the Patent Office to act for the well-off only so it seems), for in most instances normal individuals cannot afford these stupendous costs (andlor the cost to go against any millionaire person or any bank strapped company, in any claim). So please protect me from these ratent Office adverse procedures in these claims.

This is biased, discriminating and misleading advice again, so please protect me in these claims from any of the latter.
