BACKGROUND OF THE JNVENTION
Field of the InventIon
The present invention relates to a positioning device for a drill tool that is capable of cooling the drilling tool quickly and preventing the cool fluid and clips from splash, thus prolonging a service life of the drilling tool.
A conventional circular drilling tool is used to drill hard stone materials, such as glasses, tiles, marbles, granite, etc, howevei such a circular drilling tool I 0 is positioned difficultly and broken quickly because of a high heat general:ed during a drilling process to lower its service life.
Referring to Fig. I, an improved positioning device for a drilling tool is disclosed in TW Pub. No. 487029 and includes a base I U having a first element with a first groove Ill and a second element 12 with a second groove 12; the base 10 includes a sucker i 01 disposed on a bottom end thereof to attach the base on a workpiece 20, and the first groove 111 of the first element 11 extends out of the base 10, the first element 11 includes two locking blocks 112 mounted on two sides thereof respectively to screw with the second element 12, the second element 12 includes two guiding slots 122 fixed on two sides thereof to fit the locking blocks 112 individually so that the second element 12 displaces along the locking blocks 112 by ways of the guiding slots 122, each locking block 112 includes a screw element 113 to screw with the second element 12, such that between the first groove 1 11 of the first element ii and the second groove 121 of the second element 12 is defined a limiting space 12 to limit a drilling tool 21, hence during a drilling process, the drilling tool 21 is limited by the limiting space 13 to drill a hole on the wo.rkpiece 20, but such an improved positioning device still has the flowing disadvantages: 1. During the drilling process, a cool fluid is sprayed toward a desired drilling position and the drilling tool 21 so as to cool the drilling tool 21, but when the drilling tool 21 rotates, it can riot contact with the cool fluid completely, causing a poor cooling effect to lower a service life of the drilling tool.
2. In addition, when the drill ing tool rotates quickly during the drilling process, the cool fluid and clips splashes everywhere.
The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate the aforedescribed disadvantages.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The primary object of the present invention is to provide a positioning device for a drill tool that a cool fluid is fed into the receiving chamber of the pad and the drilling tool. inserted in. the limiting range is driven to have the drilling process so that during the drilling process, the pad sulTounds the drilling tool and the desired drilling position on the workpiece, the receiving chamber of the pad is fun of cool fluid to cool the drilling tool quickly and. to prevent the cool fluid and clips from splash, thus prolonging a service life of the drilling tool and having drilling process conveniently.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a positioning device for a drill tool that a fluid pipe is inserted into the channel of the base so that the cool fluid is fed through the fluid pipe, and the drilling tool inserted n the limiting range is driven to have the drilling process. During the drilling process, the pad surrounds the drilling tool and the desired driiiin.g position on the workpiece, and the fluid pipe is inserted to contact with the workpiece, therefore the cool fluid flows downward along the workpiece to cool the drilling tool quickly and to prevent the cool fluid and clips from splash. thus prolonging a service life of the drilling tool and having drilling process conveniently.
A positioning device for a drill tool according to the present invention contains: a base including a groove to insert and limit the drilling tool; a fixing assembly disposed on the base so that the base is fixed on a a pad mounted on a bottom end of the base so that its bottom end abuts against the workpicce tightly an.d including a receiving chamber mounted therein to correspond to the groove of the base.
