Abstract

A cleaning apparatus comprisuig a generally cylindrical carrier (6), a radially outer portion of the carrier being provided with cleaning means (14) and a radially inner portion of the carrier being provided with at least one set of turbine blades (26), in which the turbine blades are adjustable.
