Description
Tide: REAR MIRROR WITH AUTOMOBILE DRIVING IMAGE RECORD The present invention relates to a rear mirror with an automobile driving image record, and more particularly to an innovative design of a rear mirror with the function of recording driving image records.
When a general traffic accident occurs, particularly in an accident of hitting a car or being hit by a car, related parties or police have to handle related matters including on-site investigation, surveying, evidence collection, witness interview, investigative record and form filling, but it is still difficult for the involved parties to identiir the exact car collision position which may be very different from the actual situation, and thus disputes occur frequently. Involved parties have their own opinions on the investigation at the scene of accident, but no definitive evidence of the drivers' driving situations can be obtained, and thus the speed of clarii'ing the situation is slow, and forensic science professionals cannot determine the actual causes of the accident or may even result in misjudgments and injustice or cause unjust punishments and civil liabilities, seriously affecting the people's rights. Furthermore, the involved parties of the accidents may have doubts about the police's justice of handling the accident.
Obviously, the aforementioned technical difficulty demands immediate attentions and feasible solutions of related manufacturers and designers. Therefore, the inventor of the present invention attempts to overcome the technical difficulty by providing an innovative image recorder specially installed in an automobile.
