Abstract

A vertical blind cleaner comprises a pillar c which is held in basket container b. During use the slats of the blind are wrapped around the pillar using the grip e to join blinds and grip f to lock in place. A lid is placed on top of the basket b and is made secure by using screw d. The device including the blind is then placed in a washing machine.

Vertical Blinds Cleaner This invention is a device for cleaning vertical blinds in your washing machine.
Vertical blinds can be washed by bath of by upholstery cleaning machine but must be kept straight at all times so they do not crease as this is a problem.
To overcome the problem of creasing I propose a plastic basket with lid to hold the blinds in place and then use conjunction with a washing machine which will make it a simple device for cleaning blinds with no creases. * 2
Components The vertical blinds cleaner consists of 20 components made of plastic.
I basket hid 1 screw 2 holding grips and one spare l6joinmg grips and one spare.
An example of the invention will now be described referring to the accompanying drawings Your first blind will be joined to the centre holding pillar diagram (c) using grip (e) then wrap around pillar.
Then your second blind will be connected to the end of your first blind with a grip (e) then wrapped around pillar (c) as shown on diagram (1 and 2) After repeating this until the basket is full. Place grip (f) through the last blind and pillar (c) as shown on diagram (3).
Then place lid (a) on basket (b) using the screw (d) tighten lid and place into washing machine for wash. After this hang blinds straight up damp.

  1. Claims 1. Vertical blinds cleaner is a plastic basket container that
    holds vertical blinds that can be cleaned in a washing machine.
  2. 2. Vertical blinds cleaner according to claims!, that secures blinds using grips to keep them together in basket.
