Description

INDOOR AND OUTDOOR MOVEABLE GYMNASTIC CAR The present invention is related to an indoor and outdoor moveable gymnastic car, especially to a gymnastic car structure which has both the functions of exercise and rolling movement.
Since the current people has much pressure in life. People usually feel uneasy due to daily busy work, therefore they are desired to has an indoor exercise for maintain the body's health. However, the general used exercise devices have plentifill functions, but most of these devices often confine to be used indoors and are not suit to be used outdoors, thus the exercisers will not enjoy the sunshine and fresh air during exercising, while said indoor exercise devices are often used in a fixed place and are to be used repeatedly and monotonously, thus usually the user will desert said device after using many times, accordingly it is often too waste money and the object of exercise will not be achieved. Further, it is often that the exercise device may not be folded quickly for preservation. Thus the device generally occupies a large indoor space to form an inconvenience to the user.
Accordingly, the inventor ofthe present invention has done much effort for improving the defects described hereinabove and to search a new gymnastic car structure which may be used both indoors and outdoors, in consequence, said aforementioned defects may be resolved effectively.
Therefore, the main object of the present invention is to provide a indoor and outdoor moveable gymnastic car, the main function thereof is to install an unidirectional bearing on the rear rotary wheel of the rear wheel base on the gymnastic car body and a brake structure by which the gymnastic car may be used both indoors and outdoors, so that the gymnastic car has the function of moving forwards and exercising at the same time.
Another object of the present invention is that after the gymnastic car has been used, the related components can be folded for preservation. Thus the present invention is easy to use and is practicaL while the preservation space has been save effectively.
Moreover, a long cross bar is pivotally connected with a rear rotary wheel and a grinding endurable rubber piece is cover on the surface of the cross bar therefore to form a brake structure, thus the manufacturing cost may be reduce greatly and the effect thereof is also increased greatly.

Fig. 3 shows the first adjusting structure of the chair of the gymnastic car in the present invention.

Fig. 11 shows the another brake structure of the gymnastic car in the present invention.
Fig. 12 shows the another brake structure of the embodiment of the gymnastic car in the present invention.
Referring to Fig. 1, the indoor and outdoor movable gymnastic car (10) ofthe present invention is installed two inclined supporting rods (11) which have equally space and is parallel, and a chair (2) is installed on the top of said supporting rod (11), while a D type front wheel bases (3) are connected to the bottoms of the rods. The front wheels (32) are pivotally installed on the two sides of the axial rods (3) of said bases. A tilting base (40) having a pedal rod (41) is pivotally installed on the axial rod (31) between the two supporting rods ( 11), and a U shape fixing pieces (42). A compressible drawbar (5) is penetrated and pivoted between the two supporting rods (111) on the proper position, and an U shape fixing piece (51) is installed on the proper position of said rod body. Between the fixing piece (51) and the fixing piece (42) of the inclined base (4), a compressible rod (52) may be pivotally connected therebetween. Thereby the moving angle between the drawbar (5) and the inclined base (4) may be adjusted. A horizontal handle (530 is position on the top of the drawbar (5) and an engaging ring (54) are installed on said handle, while the bottom of the drawbar (5) is connected with a D type rear wheel base (6), fiuther rear rotary wheels (62) are installed on the two sides ofthe central axis (61) of the base. An unidirectional bearing (630 and a brake structure (7) are installed within the rotary wheel.
Now refening to Figs. 3 and 4, a nut (21) is installed on the bottom of the base (2) and a bolt (22) is penetrated through said nut (21) so to hang on an adjusting device, therefore, when the screw rod (22) is rotated, since the nut (21) is moved along the nut (22), the chair will be adjusted so to move forwards and backwards.
Now referring Figs. S and 6, a control rod (71) is installed on the brake structure (7) installed on the rear rotary wheels (62) of the drawbar (5).
The place between the brake (72) on the bottom thereof and the rear rotary wheel (62) is opened and separated so that the rear rotary wheels will rotate to move forwards, while as the control rod (71) is horizontal, then the brake (72) will eject the rear rotary wheel (62) and is tightly adhered thereto, thus the rear rotary wheel is in static state.
As shown in Fig. 7, the operator is sat on the chair (1) of the gymnastic car (10), and a adjusted rod (52) will adjust the drawbar (5) and the inclined base (4) to a proper moving angle, another, the rod body ofthe drawbar (5) is adjusted according to the pose ofthe operator and the brake structure (7) on the rear rotary wheel (62) of the rear wheel base (6) is opened and separated, besides, the legs ofthe operator treads on the treading rod (41) of the inclined base (4) and the two hands will grapes the handles (4) of the drawbar (53), as the hands pull the drawbar (5) so that the rear rotary wheels (62) of the rear wheel base will roll to move forwards, then the rod body of the drawbar (5) pushes the adjusting rod (52) and therefore the inclined base (4) will vibrate downwards so that the front wheel base (3) pivotally connected the inclined base will vibrate upwards, so that the supporting rod (11) and the base (2)will rise up. As shown in Fig. 8, as the hands return to push the drawbar (5), since an unidirectional bearing (63) is installed on the rear rotary wheel (62) of the rear wheel base (6) to confine the wheel body to roll backward, the chair (2) and the supporting rod (11) is pressed by the weight of the operator, the front rotary wheel (32) of the front wheel base (3) will roll to move forwards so that the front wheel base (3) will vibrate downwards, accordingly, the inclined base (4) is pulled back upwards, thus an operation procedure is complete. While this condition is suited to the indoor place. In one aspect, the hands and legs will sufficient exercise and the car is also move forward thus the operator may enjoy the scenery along the road.
Now returning to refer the Fig. 9, the base (7) on the rear rotary wheel (62) of the rear wheel base (6) will tightly adhere thereto so that the rear rotary wheel (62) will be in a static state. As the operator pulls the drawbar (5) so that the rear wheel base (6) only vibrate but without rolling to move, then the rod body of the drawbar (5) will draw the adjust rod (52) and accordingly the inclined base (4) will vibrate downwards (4), therefore, the front wheel base (3) pivotally connected with the inclined base will move backwards by the rolling of the front wheel base (32) and the supporting rod (11) and the base (2) connected thereto will rise up. Further as shown in Fig. 10, as the hand return to push the drawbar (5), since the unidirectional bearing (63) is installed within the rear rotary wheel (62) of the rear wheel base (6) so to confine the wheel body to roll backwards, then by the operator presses the base (2) and the supporting rod (11) by the weight thereof, so that the front rotary wheel (32) of the front wheel base (3) will roll forward and make the front wheel base (3) to vibrate downwards, accordingly the inclined base (4) will pull upward to draw back, thereby an action process is complete, while this condition is suited to be used in the finite internal space, thus the operator may exercise in the original place.
Further referring to Fig. 2, after the gymnastic car (10) ofthe present invention has been used, the adjusting rod (52) and the drawbar (5) will compress backwards so that the inclined base (4) and the front wheel base (3) will closed to each other while the handles (53) ofthe drawbar (5) will close the chair (2) and the front and rear wheel base (3 and 6) will combine so that the car is presented as in a closed condition, thus it may be pushed to another place for preserving. Thus the gymnastic car of the present invention is convenient, practical and space saving.
Further referring to Fig. 11, a long cross bar (8) is pivotally connected with the rear rotary wheel (620 of the gymnastic car (10) of the present invention to substitute the brake structure (7) within the rotary wheel, wherein, Connecting rods (81) with proper length are installed on the two sides of the long cross bar (8) so to arrange on the central axis (61) of the rear rotary wheel (62), fUrther proper grinding endurable rubber layer (82) will cover the surface ofthe rod body ofthe cross bar (8) so that the cross bar (8) may locate on the rear or front side of the rear rotary wheel (62) thus to form as a stopper of the rear rotary wheel (62).
Now referring to Fig. 12, if the cross bar (8) of the present invention is arranged in the front of the rear rotary wheel (62), when the operator pulls the handle (53), the rear rotary wheel (62) may not be rotated forwards since the hindered of said cross bar (8) so to act as a brake, thus the operator is only used at one fixed point, thus the exercise effect of gymnastic car is achieved, and since the resistance from the surface grinding endurable rubber layer (82), so that even the rear rotary wheels (62) is pushed forwards by the gravitation force, it will be effective to prevent to slide by the friction force from the ground, thus the gymnastic car will be certainly used in a fixed point by the operator, further as the cross bar (8) is rotated through the lower side ofthe rear rotary wheel (62) so to locate on the rear end of the rear rotary wheels, the rear rotary wheels will not be hindered by the cross bar (8), thus when the user pulls the handle (53), the rear rotary wheels (62) will rotate forwards by the driven thereof, therefore, the whole gymnastic car (10) will rotate to move forwards to attain other amusement effect other than exercise.
Many changes and modifications in the above described embodiment of the invention can, of course, be carried out without departing from the scope thereof. Accordingly, to promote the progress in science and the useful arts, the invention is disclosed and is intended to be limited only by the scope ofthe appended claims.

Claims (6)

Claims:
1. An indoor and outdoor movable gymnastic car installed two inclined supporting rods which have equally space and are parallel, a chair being installed on the top of said supporting rod while a ont wheel bases being connected to the bottoms of the rods, front wheels being pivotally installed on the two sides of the axial rods of said bases, a inclined base having a pedal rod being pivotally installed on the anal rod between the two supporting rods, and a fixing pieces being installed on the proper position of the inclined base, a compressible drawbar being penetrated and pivoted between the two supporting rods on the proper position, and a fixing piece being installed on the proper position of said rod body, between the fixing piece and the fixing piece of the inclined base, a compressible rod may be pivotally connected therebetween, thereby the moving angle between the drawbar and the inclined base may be adjusted, a horizontal handle being position on the top of the drawbar, while the bottom of the drawbar being connected with a rear wheel base, further rear rotary wheels being installed on the two sides of the central axis of the base, an unidirectional bearing and a brake structure being installed within the rotary wheel, by said structure, the operator may exercise in the original position or drive the gymnastic car to move forwards.
2. The indoor and outdoor movable gymnastic car as claimed in claim 1, wherein a nut is installed on the bottom of the chair, said nut is penetrated by a bolt thus the chair may adjust to move forwards and backwards.
3. The indoor and outdoor movable gymnastic car as claimed in claim 1, wherein said brake structure has a control rod and a brake piece.
4. The indoor and outdoor movable gymnastic car as claimed in claim 1, wherein rear rotary wheels pivotally connected with a long cross bar may be used to substitute said brake structure, and connecting rods with proper length are installed on the two sides of the long cross bar so as to engage on the central axis on said rear rotary wheel, while a proper grinding endurable rubber layer is used to cover the surface of the rod body of cross bar so that the whole cross bar may position on the rear end or front end of the rear rotary wheel therealong in order to hinder the rear rotary wheel, thus a function of braking said gymnastic car is attained.
5. The indoor and outdoor movable gymnastic car as claimed in claim 1, wherein an unidirectional bearing are engaged within said rear rotary wheel so that the gymnastic car will move unidirectionally, or other components may be used to attain the same object.
6. An exercise machine comprising first and second support members pivotally interconnected partway therealong, the first support member carrying wheels at the lower end thereof and a seat at the upper end thereof, the second support member carrying wheels at the lower end thereof and a handle at the upper end thereof, a strut fixed to, and extending transversely away from, the first support member, the strut carrying a pedal bar engageable by the feet of an exercising user, a telescopic strut interconnecting the strut and the second support member, and brake means associated with at least one of the wheels.
