Shaving-appliances. - A device for applying shaving cream or the like comprises a casing 5 having a hollow stem 6 threaded to screw on to a collapsable tube 7 and a roller 1 partly projecting from an opening in the casing and having trunnions 2 bearing in elongated slots 3 in the sides of the casing. The roller closely approaches one or other of the edges 9, 9a of the opening in the casing according to the direction of movement when rolled over the face, and the cream is scraped off and spread.
