Description
SHOE The present. invention relates generally to a shoe, and more
particularly to a shoe structure onablirlg a 5 wearer thereof to hi:garst a surface so-. as tc: spring back from the sarfaGe. Suc.h a shoe will be Galled a jump shoe hereinafter.
The conventional sports shore is not provided with means to cause. its we. arr try hit against a surface so as 10 to spring back from t:he -:u'-facs; neverttelos t can he improved in such a mariner that it can be used for dual purpose of exercise and amu, emcn.
An objective of ti-e Chic sent inventiorr is to provide a jump shoe structure for d:;al. pu-posc o' exercise and 15 amusement.
Accordingly, the present invention comprises a jump shoe structure comprising a boots a hollow elastic oval body having a top side and a bottom sided an expandable holding frame for holding the elastic body; a shock 20 absorber located between the top side and the bottom side of the elastic body and connected to the expandable holding frames a skidproof pad connected to the bottom side of the elastic body; and a fastening plate
connected to said boot and said top side of the elastic body to secure the scoot to the Blast ic body.
I'he elastic oval body is of a hollow cc,rstru; tic-'r and is 'fastened t o the outsold of the boot by the:> fastering plot e. The elastic oval body may be f:'<-'rmect such that the top and bcttcrn sides are r-tegral i.e. the oval body is formed as <.'ne-piece car, alternatively, the top side and bot t on side may be formed separately. In t his case, each side has retaining pro ject ions at each 1() of i ts ends for insertior! into retaining slots of the holding frame. Tic elastic oval body is held by the expandable holding frame.
The expandable hr-'ldlrg frame is preferably provided its longi Ludinal ends with a receiving slot for 15 receiving the longitudinal ends of the oval., elastic body. The shock absorber is securely retai red, preferably by retaining pieces, Orl the holding frame such that t:hc shock absorber is local ed between the top side and the 20 bottom side of the elastic oval body. In preferred embodiments, the shock absorber is an elastic block.
Alternatively, the shock absorber may comprise a plurality of elastic strips extending the length of the holding frame.
The skidproof pad is fastened to the underside of the bottom longitudinal side of the elastic oval body to prevent the Jump Shoe stru<.ture from skicidinc3 when the jump shoe structure hits a surface. FJreferat.y, Roe 5 skidproof pad is corrugated.
The boot may be any foo holding structure, c>.c3. a shoe. Preferably, the fasterlng plate comp'--ises two pieces, an upper piece anti a lower piece, the upp.r 1() piece being located on the upper face of the to:> zinc of the elastic body and the lower frieze beinc; located on the lower face of the top.s-de of the e]asti. body, In preferred ebodJrnent.s, borough ho es extend through the upper and lower piece, said through holes for receiving 15 fastening bolts for securing tile fasterlirc3 plate to the oval, elastic body. Said fastening bolts Ray also extend from the boot to secure the boot tc' the fastening plate. The fasting plate also preferably incl,,des two further through holes for receiving fasteninc3 bolts for 20 connection with the boot.
