Abstract

Weekly payments towards road tax MOT and insurance are made at post offices or petrol stations. A control centre then forwards credit information to a control chip in a car via a satellite. The control chip has means for displaying (visually and audibly) credit information. The control chip can immobilise the car.

RECEIVING CREDIT INFORMATION VIA SATELITE
