Abstract

A safety device for single tracked vehicles includes safety bars positioned at the rear wheels to prevent the vehicle falling and protect the rider from injury. The safety bars may include an hydraulic extension or wheels.

Description

<Desc/Clms Page number 1>
nrltThe safety ne safety tools This project is suggested for safety of motorcycle and motorcyclist.
In any kind of accidents the driver is in danger because most of the times motorbike falls over the rider's body and causes injuries like bone breaking in leg or other serious damages.
So I am thinking about three kinds of instruments, which may be able to prevent motorbike from falling on the ground and more important over rider's body.
Any of these tools could be fixed at the rear wheel 10-12 cm over the ground, that means none of them touches the ground unless in the incidents when the distance between motorbike and the road is less than 30^ or better say, they will act in the angle of 30A to 45^ to the ground and prevent the rider being trap between the ground and the collapsed motorbike.
1- Hydraulic bars 2- Small wheels 3-Mechanical bars 1-The first instrument is a main hydraulic bar which has another bar inside and will release it when the distance between motorbike and ground reaches to less than 30^ and keep the motorbike from falling.
(Like airbag in a car that opens by a sudden hit).
2-The second tool is a couple of small wheels by the two sides of rear wheels on the motorcycle. (Like the small wheels on the children bicycles) but, as I mentioned before, on the motorcycle these small wheels won't touch the road in the normal situation.
<Desc/Clms Page number 2>
They will act in the same way in the other instruments but in high speeds they have the difference of pulling the motorbike in the angle of 30^ till the driver manages to stop the vehicle 3-The third tool which is a mechanical bar which can be hanging in the distance of 10 to 12 cm from the ground and in case the angle of the motorbike and the ground is 30^ to 45^, it will keep a safe distance for the rider in collisions.
I hopeful these instruments could be useful for the safety of all motorcyclists in all over the world.
