Abstract

A frame 10 that has the dual purpose of being a bottle spray or a drink dispenser, the frame is designed to be used with discarded two litre plastic lemonade bottles 9. The frame comprises an air pump 2, a non-return valve 6, an air line 5, a bottle retaining cap 4, an outlet tube 7, a control valve 8 and a release button 1. The frame may have a flexible nozzle a spray nozzle or a drink pourer nozzle. The frame may be used with an ice box 11.

Description

<Desc/Clms Page number 1>
Description Bottle Spray And Drink Dispenser This invention relates to a type of pressure spray and pourer but can also be used as a drink dispenser unlike other bottle sprays no bottles are supplied. The frame of the invention is designed purposely to be used with discarded two litre lemonade plastic bottles of which they are plentiful and all have been pressure tested thus allowing storage of unused contents simply by removing one bottle sealing it and replace with another for the next soloution to be sprayed or poured depending on whichever threaded nozzle you have attached to the frame. There are three types of nozzle the spray nozzle is adjustable and will alter spray the pourer nozzle is flexible and can be bent to reach awkward places such as hanging baskets etc. without tilting bottle the drink dispenser nozzle is rigid and is attached when the invention is used as a drink dispenser of soft drinks etc. for this use there is also an ice box that the frame with bottle attached can stand in to keep the drink cool the frame is made of plastic and the pump is incorporated within the frame the frame is placed over the bottle the outlet tube and none return valve are guided into the narrow neck of bottle the bottle is now screwed into the cap that is fixed to frame and is now held firmly to the frame by cap and bottom holding part of frame as most bottle sprays have the air pump inside the bottle this in turn means the neck of the bottle has to be wide enough for the pump so one has to be purposely designed and supplied but even then excess liquid is wasted and still the bottle has to be cleaned before the next solution can be used the discarded two litre lemonade bottles are ideal for a bottle spray being light strong and previously pressure tested they hold an adequate amount of liquid and most households have them when the invention is used as a drink dispenser once the bottle of soft drink is attached to the frame the entire contents can be poured without continuously removing the cap and can also be kept cool by being placed on the ice box the ice box is a hollow box with holes on top the sides being higher when full of water and frozen the frame with bottle attached sits on top of holes drinks are extracted from lowest part of bottle this being the coolest as toxic solutions are used with bottle spray one frame could only be used with either bottle spray or drink dispenser.

To describe the invention by way of example with reference to the accompanied drawings in which Drawing No 1 Figure 1 Shows the frame with a flexible pourer nozzle attached a two litre plastic bottle is showing in the bottom holding part of frame and screwed to fixed cap thus holding bottle firmly to frame.
Figure 2 Shows the frame with a spray nozzle attached the bottom part of frame would be placed over bottle guiding outlet tube and non return valve into narrow neck the bottle would then be screwed into fixed cap.
Drawing No2 Figure 3 Shows the frame when being used as a drink dispenser with two litre plastic bottle a rigid drink dispenser nozzle is attached for pouring into a glass.
Figure 4 Shows the ice box used when the invention is being used as a drink dispenser the frame with bottle and drink nozzle attached shown on fig 3 would sit on ice box thus keeping soft drinks cool.
Drawing No 1 Fig 1 1 Press type release button, 2 Air pump, 3 Flexible pourer threaded Nozzle, 4 Bottle retaining cap, 5 Air line, 6 Non return valve, 7 Outlet tube, 8 Control valve, 9 Two litre plastic bottle, 10 Frame Fig 2 1 Press type release button, 2 Air pump, 3 Spray threaded nozzle, 4 Bottle retaining cap, 5 Air line, 6 Non return valve, 7 Outlet tube 10 Frame.
Drawing No2 Fig 3 1 Press type release button, 2 Air pump, 3 Drink pourer threaded Nozzle, 4 Bottle retaining cap, 5 Air line, 6 Non return valve, 7 Outlet tube, 8 Control valve, 9 Two litre plastic bottle. 10 Frame Fig 4 11 Ice box, 12 Holes in ice box.
