Abstract
A ceramic composition with a good resistance to frost and other weather conditions comprises 60-70% finely ground ball clay, 9-12.5% finely ground crushed stoneware, 10-20% finely ground soda-lime glass, 5-10% finely ground calcined flint, and 5-10% finely ground Reigate sand. These constituents are made into a paste by mixing with water. The paste may then be rolled out or put into moulds. It is allowed to dry out before firing at a temperature of 1100 - 1150{C for approximately 96 hours.

PATENT This is a ceramic compound with a good resistance to frost and weather conditions.
The mixture consists of : 60% - 70% ball clay (finely ground) 9% - 1211z% crushed stoneware finely ground) 10%-20% crushed soda lime glass finely ground) 5%-10% crushed calcined flint (finely ground) 5%-10% reigate sand (finely ground) A paste is made by mixing with water.
Rolled out and used in moulds and by forming.
Allowed to dry out Then fired at a temperture of 1100 c - 1150 c for approx. 96 hours
