Abstract
A float 2 in each of three tanks 1 is caused to rise and fall by controlling the level of water admitted to each tank 1 from a water supply 8 and discharged through a water outlet 9. Each float 2 has an attached cable 5 which passes over a ratchet wheel 7 to rotate a driving shaft 6 to a gearbox. Each cable 5 is kept taut by an attached weight 11. The floats 2 are at different positions in the tanks 1 so that there is a time lag between each float 2 reaching an upper position and changing direction, to ensure producing a steady flow of electricity. Each float 2 has guides 4 which slide up and down on runners 3 in the tanks 1. The tanks 1 and the floats 2 may be made from reinforced concrete.
Description
2352009 WATER-POWERED ELECTRICAL GENERATORS
These types of water-powered generators can supply electric power for practically no cost as no fuel of any description is used, therefore in no way can damage the "OZONE".
The construction can be of any size, so the larger the plant, the greater the supply.
There are three units to the plant, each float at a different position in the Basin, this making certain that when the float reaches the top of the Basin and changes direction the time-lag will be compensated by the other two units so producing a steady flow of electricity.
The three units need not be in a straight line, and can even be stepped down to suit the water supply.

WATER -POWER 1. The buildinc, of these units is advisable, to compensate for the time lag with the change over as the float (No.2) reaches the top and bottom of its movement, tho momentary.
2. The Tank (No. 1) to house the float (No.2) is constructed with steel, concrete or both.
3. The Guides (No.4) keeps the float (No.2) steady on its movement, and is attached to the wall of the tank are steel.
4. The Rubbing Strakes (No.4) that are attached to the float, slide up and down on the guides.
5. The inlet supply (No.8) of water and the outlet drainage (No.9) are both fitted with valves which work in unison, ie induction and exhaust.
6. The cables attached to the float (No.2) pass over a ratchet wheel (No. 7) turns the shaft (No.6) (fig, 2) is anchored to a metal weight It) C (No. 11) (fig 3) to keep the cable taught on the upward travel of the float (No.2).
