Abstract
The tool casing comprises an upper portion (104) affording two compartments (103, 153) whose internal walls provide electrical contacts (108, 108', 158, 158'). Each compartment can receive a double-ended cassette (102, 152) having projecting electrical contacts (120, 120', 170, 170', 170'') which will cooperate with those in the respective compartment. The cassette can be inserted in the appropriate compartment so as to present for use at the forward end of the tool alternative function elements such as a screwdriver bit (or socket wrench (112)) and rotary chuck (113), in the case of the first cassette (102) which incorporates a drive motor (101) and any necessary change-speed gearing (110); and a soldering iron (151) and electric lamp (162), in the case of the second cassette (152). <IMAGE>

TITLE : MANUAL ELECTRODYNAMIC TOOL WITH MULTIPLE SETS FORWARD CON-DUCTINE CASSETTE SOCKETS SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION:
This is the improved design of manual electrodynamic tool including to provide cassette type output selection to obtain multiple functions and convenience of manual electrodynamic tool via the upper section of the case of the manual electrodynamic tools to have conductive reeds in two sets of the socket holes at least to couple with the first internal case with turning speed dual ends output rotating shaft and the second internal case of the dual ends type electric heat tool set to have the lighting lamp holder on one end and the electric soldering iron on the other end.
Conventional manual electrodynamic tools are all designed to be single functional, it is always required to buy electrodynainic tools of different functions to expend more and the carrying is inconvenient: the improve ment of this design is to have the upper section case of the manual electrodynamic tool (including electric drill, electric screw-driver or electric polisher) to be with two sets of forward socket holes and there are conductive reeds (including ring type or laminated type) inside the socket holes, the above two sets forward socket holes are inserted into the first internal case to have a motor and the output driving shafts on both sides respectfully, and it is to couple with the second internal case of the dual ends electric heat set with a lighting lamr holder on one end and an electric soldering iron on the other end t provide the function of pressing in and pulling out in order to select the output shaft; the two output shafts of the frist internal case are the high speed shaft to be sped down by smaller speeding down gear or driven directly and the low speed output shaft to be sped down by larger speeding down gear with lower output rotating speed and larger torque; and combine it with the second internal case with the structure of electric power to heat and electric power to light converting cassette soldering iron or lighting lamp; and increase conductive cassette sockets in accordance with the requirement of funciton. This design offerred the improvement of being easy to carry and multiple uses to advance the convenience of the manual electrodynatnic tool.

To analyze it on the viewpoint of design, what the small size electric drill, electric shaping and grinding or electric brush require is high speed low torque driving and that the electric screw-driver and electric sleeve wrench require is low speed and high torque, the difference is that the former is driven directly or sped down via smaller speeding down ratio gear, the latter is output and driven after being sped down with larger speeding down gear. This design is to use a common motor to drive the first internal case constituted by the motor with two ends output shafts and one of the ends is the output shaft to be driven directly or sped down via smaller speeding down ratio gear; and the second internal case of another dual ends electric heat tool set with lighting lamp holder on one end and the electric iron on the other end to be coupled in cassette type in the two sets of the forward sokcet holes of the the upper case of the manual electrodynamic tool in order to transmit electric energy via the contracting of the conductive laminates of the internal case and the conductive ris or reeds in the forward socket holes of the upper case during coupling, therefore it is able to attain high speed and low speed output via obverse and inverse insertion in practical use, and perform the functions further of electric screw- driver, wrench, drilling hole, polishing pitch, grinding hole, grinding and shaping, electric brushing, lighting and soldering via the selection of the tool to be coupled with the collet of the high speed output shaft or the collet of the low speed output shaft.
A detailed description of the practical examples of this invention as shown in the drawing attached is given as follows: Drawing 1 shows the main structure of the invention to be the upper case with two sets of forward socket holes and the handle on the lower section with power line to lead to the power supply or the socket of stroage battery.
Drawing 1 and 1-1 show the practical example of hte structuramong which the forward socket hole 103 is used to insert the cassette type first internal case with dual ends different rot at ing speed output shafts sharing motor 101 and the upper case 104 for the coupling of the first internal case 102 and forward socket hole 103, the main structure is the handle 105 with switch 106 or it, power line 107, the battery socket and the upper section case 104 with forward hole 103.The main feature is that there are the two sets of forward socket holes 103 and 153 on the upper section case 104 and there are conductive reeds 108 (including ring type and laminated type) inside the socket hole 103 to be inserted into the first internal case 102 for the purpose of coupling to be pressing in or pulling out in order to select the output shaft; the first internal case 102 has two output shafts as the high speed shaft 109 of being driven via smaller speeding down ratio gear or direct driving, and the other end is sped down via larger speeding down ratio gear set 110 to have the lower speed output shaft 111 with lower output rotating speed and larger torque; the above low speed shaft 111 is to couple with the screw-driver set connector 112 (or sleeve socket); high speed shaft 109 is a handle with a collet 113 to clamp bit or shaping grinder or electric brush: the section of the above forward socket hole 103 and the first internal case 102 is polygonal to meet the requirement of mutual coupling and aviod sliding and rotating; and there are conductive laminates 120 connecting to the motor in the first internal case 102 for the purpose of conductance by insert it into the forward socket hole 103, the detailed structure includes:
