Abstract

Each knee pad has a flexible plastic face 1 with a foam rubber lining 2. In use the knee pad is placed against the knee area and one side of elasticated strap 5 is pushed through opening 4 from the back to the front. The strap 5 is then pulled as tight as comfortable to bend the pad around the knee area and is finally secured with a side adjuster 3.

Description

KNEE'8 PROTECTION PADS This Invention relates to knee,s Protection pads. Knee pads are used in sports and some commercial Industries to protect the knees from injuries. In the building industries knee pads are used as an aid or tool, for example in the roofing and flooring trades knee pads are an essential aid for comfort and safety but in general most of the other building trades do not use knee pads due to their size and bulkiness and the inconvenience of wearing knee pads.
According to the present invention these knee pads are small and light weight and are able to flex and bend around the knee. The knees protection pad is placed on the knee, the elasticated straps are pushed through the side loops from the back and pulled through the side loops to the front into the side adjusters, the elasticated straps are then pulled causing the knee pad to flex and bend around the knee area, the elasticated straps are pulled as tight as comfortable to hold the knees proctection pad in place and then it is secured using the side adjusters.
A specific embodiment of the invention will now be described by way of examples with reference to the accompanying drawings in which:figure 1 drawing 1 shows the front view of the knees proctection pad with the elasticated strap going into the side loop from the back and out to the front of the knees protection pad into the side adjusters.
figure 2 drawing 1 shows a right side angle perspective unflexed.
figure 3 drawing 2 shows a right side angle perspective, the knee protection pad is slightly flexing and bending inwards towards the knee.
figure 4 drawing 2 shows the knees protection pad at a horizontal position face down fully flexing around, the knee area.
Referring to drawing 1 figure 1 one side of the elasticated strap 5 is removed from the loop 4 leaving the adjuster 3 on the strap the knee is placed against the foam rubber lining 2 the strap 5 is pulled through the loop 4 into the adjuster 3 and pulled as tight as comfortable.

Claims (1)

1 light weight flexible knees protection pads with foam rubber lining and elasticated straps, able to bend and flex around the knee area providing protection for the knees.
2 light weight flexible knees protection pads as in claims 1 that is able to flex and bend around the knee area wherein elasticated straps holds the knees protection pads to the knee area wherein the elasticated straps are secured by means of the side adjusters.
3 light weight flexible knees protection pads as substantially described herein with reference to figures 1-4 of the accompanying drawing.
