Abstract
A clip 3 comprises a base plate (31, Fig 3) which terminates in a fixed jaw 32 at one end and has a U-shaped plate spring 30 securely attached with a hole 301 in the spring's free end. The spring 30 interacts with a flat coupling board 2, which is welded or stuck to a mobile telephone or pager, by passing through a longitudinal track 20 and a hole 21. A projection 24 on the coupling board 2 engages in the hole 301 of the spring. Jaw 32 is moved relative to the free end of the spring allowing the clip to be attached to a user's belt. The clip 3 can be detached by inserting the tip of a pen (5, Fig 8) through the gap between the jaw 32 and the coupling board 2 to release the projection 24 from the hole 301. The clip can also be used with a mounting device (4, Fig 11) for use in a car or on any other supporting object. <IMAGE>

DETACHABLE FASTENING DEVICE
FOR MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATION APPARATUS
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a detachable fastening device comprised of a coupling board and a clip for fastening a mobile telecommunication apparatus such as a mobile telephone, pager, etc. to the user's belt.
A variety of mobile telecommunication apparatus such as mobile telephones, pagers, radio receivers, radio transceivers, etc., are well known and intensively used by business men, construction workers, traffic policemen, etc. When a mobile telecommunication apparatus is used, a leather bag or suitable container must be used so that the mobile telecommunication apparatus can be conveniently carried with oneself. However, when a leather bag or suitable container is used, it is inconvenient to frequently take 1. 10 e apparatus o u t of the bag or container.
Furthermore, a leather bag or container for this purpose is expensive and cannot. be fastened to the belt around the aist of tlie user.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The present invention has been accomplished under the circumstances in view. It is one object of the present invention to provide a detachable fastening device which (tal) be conveniently fastened to the belt of clothes of the user to carry a telecommunication apparatus. It is another object of the present invention to provide a detachable fastening device which can be conveniently fastened to the inside of a motor vehicle to carry a telecommunication apparatus. It is still another object of the present invention to provide a detachable fastening device for fastening a telecommunication apparatus to a supporting object which is detachable so that the telecommunication apparatus can be removed from the device and received in the apparatus bag.
According to one aspect of the present inveiit ion, the detacnalJle fastening device comprises a flat coupling board fixedly connected to the back side of a mobile telecommunication apparatus by a highfrequency welding process or a double@sided adhesive tape, and a @lip detachably bridged over the coupling board and retained thereto by a projecting rod on the coupling board for fastening the @oupling board with the mobile telecommunication apparatus to the user's belt.
According to another aspect of tulle present invention, the coupling board can be directly molded on the back side of the mobile telecommullication apparatus or securely fixed to the back side of the mobile telecommunication apparatus by a welding process or a double-sided adhesive tape. According to still another aspect of the present invention, a mounting device is provided for securely fixed to the inside of a motor vehicle for holding the clip and the coupling board with the mobile telecommunication apparatus.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
Referring to Figures 1, 2, and 2a-2a, the flat coupling board, referenced by 2, comprises a longitudinal track 20 and a plurality of ribs 22 disposed at one side thereof, a first recces; 23 and a second recess 25 longitudinally spaced at an opposite side thereof, a through hole 21 through ttie bottom sides to impart a passage between the longitudinal track 20 and the first recess 23, and a projecting rod 24 raised from the first recess 23 and defining a slope 241.
Referring to Figures 3, 4, and 4a-4a, the clip, referenced by 3, comprises a base plate 31 having a bottom end terminating in a fixed jaw 32 and a back side made wit a plurality of recessed tholes 33, and a substantially U-shaped plate spring 30 having a fixed end securely fixed to the base plate 31 and a free end made with a round hole 301 and acted with the fixed jaw 32 foi fastening the clip 3 to the coupling board 2.
Referring to Figures 5, 6, and 7, the coupling board 1 is integrally molded on the back side 10 of a mobile telecommunication apparatus 1 (see Figure 5), the clip 3 is bridged over tize coupling board 1 and detachably fastened to the coupling board 1 by inserting tie plate spring 30 through the longitudinal track 20 and the through hole 21 on the coupling board 2 into the first recess 23, permitting the round hole 301 on the plate spring 30 to be moved over the slope 241 and then coupled to the projecting rod 24 (see Figures 6 and 7).
By means of turning the base plate 31 of the clip 3 relative to the coupling board 2, the fixed jaw 32 is moved relative to the free end of the plate spring 30, and therefore the clip 3 can be fastened to the user's belt 6 (see Figure 12). The telecommunication apparatus 1 can be a mobile telephone, pager, spare battery for mobile telephone.
Referring to Figure 9 and Figure 2 again, the board board 2 may be separately made, and then the ribs 22 of the coupling board 2 are welded to the back side 10 of the telecommunicatioll apparatus by a high-frequency welding process.
Referring to Figure 10. the coupling board 2 may be separately made, and then fastened to the back side 10 of tie telecommunication apparatus by a doublesided adhesive tape 26.
Referring to Figure 8, tie clip 3 can be conveniently detached from the coupling board 2 by: inserting the tip 50 of a pen 5 or the like through the tap between the fixed jaw 32 and the coupling board 2 into the second recess 25 in the direction of the arrow
A, then lifting the free end of the plate spring 30 in the direction of the arrow B to disconnect the round hole 301 of the plate spring 30 from the projecting rod 24 of the coupling board 2, and then moving the clip 3 out of the coupling board 2 in the direction of the arrow C. When the clip 3 is removed from the coupling board 2, the mobile telecommunication apparatus with the coupling board 2 can then be received in the apparatus bag.
Referring to Figures 11 and 13, @ mounting device 4 may be used with the aforesaid (till) 3 to hold @ telecommunication apparatus. The mounting device 4 comprises a mounting frame 40 and a carrier frame II @xtended from one side of the mounting frame 11. The mounting frame 40 can be inserted into a slot 71 on an air conditioner 7 or car stereo n, or securely fixed to a supporting object by threading screws through the holes 401 on the mounting frame 40 into the surface of the supporting object. The carrier frame 41 has a retaining hole 42 for holding the clip 3.
