Abstract

A log 11 is illustrated which is halved lengthwise and mounted at an angle on a wooden base 9. The log is intended for use as a scratching device for cats. <IMAGE>

Claims (6)

  1. CLAIMS 1.
    A Mitzy Log Cat Scratch comprising of a real log which has been sawn through the centre from end to end and henceforth is called a half log.The bark is intact on one side and becomes the top side and is faced upward to form the surface on which a cat will scratch
  2. 2 A Mitzy Log Cat Scratch as claimed in claim l.whereby the underside of the log, front and rear, rests on wooden blocks.
    These block differ in height ,the front block is higher than the rear block and therefor produces an angled log.
  3. 3 A mitzy Log Cat Scratch as claimed in claim 2. the front and rear blocks are placed upon a wooden base and are secured to it.The smaller block is fixed to the left end of the base, and the taller block is fixed to the right end of the base.
  4. 4 The Mitzy Log Cat Scratch as claimed in claim 3.has a top face and a bottom face,to the base.the wooden blocks described in claim 2.are fixed to the base in claim 3.from the underside of the base, and the log, in claim l.is then fixed at each end, to the front and rear blocks,and the whole base,blocks and log become stable and secured.
  5. 5 A pvc label cover is attached to the front block as described in claim 3.and behind the pvc cover,(refer to drawing item 12) is gold paper, with any cat name printed on it.and thus becomes a personalised, Mitzy Log Cat Scratch.
  6. 6. A Mitzy Log Cat Scratch as described in figures 1-6. herein, with reference to figures 1-12 of the accompanying drawing.
