Abstract

A fence clip, for example, of H section, is slid into position over the bottom of the fence panel, and the top of the base member, into a central position, and secured by a bolt. Alternatively a U-section clip may be screwed into concrete, or a U-section clip with stem inserted into soil. The clip restrains the fence against wind distortion. <IMAGE>
