Abstract

A unique type of winding drum (1) is provided, which is adapted to receive all types of tapes having a predetermined width; a shaft (14, 14') is provided with a crank (22) and is adapted to be inserted in the central hole (8) of the drum; frames of different types are provided comprising two side walls spaced from each other by a space adapted to the width of the drum and a central hole (13) for the passage of the shaft; series of printed tapes mounted on reserve reels (R) are provided; the free end of a tape is attached to a drum, such tape being cut at the beginning of the graduations, the pulling ring is fixed and a sub-assembly (E) is obtained and may be stored as such; said sub-assembly is mounted, on demand, inside a selected type of frame and it is fixed by means of the central shaft.
