216,280. Page, A. C. April 9, 1923. No Patent granted (Sealing fee not paid). Roller blinds, spring.-In a sun blind of the awning type the front rail is provided at each end with a flexible band &c. k secured to grooved pulleys i each of which is secured to a shaft g journaled in blocks b in the roller a, coil springs f providing a resilient connection between the shafts g and the roller upon which the blind is wound in a direction opposite to that of the flexible members k upon the pulleys. The arrangement retains the blind at any desired position.
