Abstract

A method of manufacturing non-woven fabrics of thermoplastic resin by means of a melt-blowing process, in which high-speed fiber stream (7) consisting of a mixture of fibers and gas ejected from a spinning die (2) is brought into contact with liquid fine particles (101) and then sprayed against a capture plate (3) to be captured thereon, whereby non-woven fabrics (5) having no pinhole may be obtained. This method may be available for manufacturing non-woven fabrics from thermoplastic resins of low hardening speed such as polyamide, thermoplastic polyurethane and the like.
