203,889. Hillman Motor Car Co., Ltd., and Green, E. A. Sept. 4, 1922. Hoods.-In vehicle hoods having main pivoted pillars and a front bow, the sole support of the bow consists of two links C, H pivoted at different levels to the main pillars at A<2>, A<3> and attached at different points G<2>, G<3> to the front bow adjacent its mid-length, one C of which links is extended beyond its attachment to the main pillar for connection to a two-piece folding strut D. An additional link F connecting the strut to the main pillar may be provided as also may a stop J for the link C.
