Abstract

A Ball is inserted within a dustcap of a Pneumatic Tyre to deflate it when the dustcap is replaced. The ball may be adhesively secured within the dustcap.

Description

**WARNING** start of DESC field may overlap end of CLMS **.
SPECIFICATION Sabotage defence weapon
Description Briefly - "A Release Valve" - A deflection device.
A dustcap used for valves of pneumatic tyres is an integral component of the invention. It is required to contain an adhesively secured spherical activated strut to operate the valve.
The loaded dustcap is surreptitiously exchanged and gently deflates a tyre.
If a tyre valve is below the axle of a stationary vehicle, a spherical activator may be dropped into a removed dustcap before replacement.
(The specification as originally filed here contains drawings. The drawings reproduced below are taken from a later filed formal copy.) Purpose To counter "Strong Arm" techniques of little Hitlers and to curtail Foreign vehicle competition.
The invention can be used as a deterrent to unofficial strikes, picketting, militant demonstrations and marches, and the like.
Advantage Beneficial to Law-abiding citizens, adversity to Law-breaking and blackmail activities, a boon to the Police and Guardians.
As a deterrent, it can be more effective than a neuclar weapon yet is perfectly safe in the hands of children.
Conditions An "International Federation of War-like Youth" (all colours) (IFWY), our next 'World Rulers', using the invention, could salvage some of their inheritance from further debasement, aid National recovery and, in unity, enjoy a useful fight. (See Purpose above).
PRECAUTIONS Recommendations Flats or soft tyres.
Vehicle drivers should examine dust caps, carry spares and means of re-inflation.
Police, particularly, and Others should provision spare dustcaps in all vehicles with pneumatic tyres also re-chargeable air bottles capable of re-inflating two tyres to their normal pressure.
The invention is not recommended for use in countries imposing death penalties or where dissi dents are amongst troops.
CLAIMS 1. A Weapon to be used as a defensive measure.
2. A Weapon to be used as a deterrent.
3. A Defensive Deterrent according to claims 1 and 2, e.g. militant demonstrations, unofficial strikes, picketting and the like.
4. A Deterrent according to claim 2 to counter 'Strong-Arm' methods of 'Little Hitlers'.
5. A Defensive measure according to Claim 1 against aggressive foreign competition commercially in vehicles.
6. An undetectable none-lethal weapon 200 of which can be carried undetectable in a 3p. Bryant & BR< May match-box and which could immobilize 200 vehicles.
7. A weapon for international operation capable of bringing motor traffic to a standstill or a crawl.
8. A safe weapon for all ages.
9. A weapon to attract employment opportunities in the sphere of replacement, protective and remedial equipment.
10. A weapon for future world rulers to salvage remnants of their inheritance from debasement and squandering by money grabbing actual rulers.
11. A weapon to divert attacks on the poverty stricken, weak and disabled citizens.
12. A Weapon of negligible cost for world wide application.
13. Aweapon easily and cheaply unit countered.
14. A weapon quickly and safely negatived by re-inflating the tyre and fitting a replacement dustcap.
15. Aweapon to discourage unguarded 'Parking' of vehicles.
16. Aweapon for discouraging parking, in private or reserved parking locations.
17. A weapon to discourage 'One-man' unessential journeys, reduce traffic jams in shopping and other congested areas, and, conserve fuel.
18. Aweapon hereinbefore described with reference to the accompanying drawing.
