Abstract

Spacer means useful in manufacture of multiple panel units, especially glazing units, comprises a spacer frame 10 coated with a heat softenable elastic sealant composition comprising a block copolymer having two polystyrene end blocks linked to a saturated polyolefin rubber mid-block, an aliphatic hydrocarbon resin, an epoxy resin, and finely divided inorganic filler. The sealant composition may be extruded onto an assembled frame of spacer profiles, or may be extruded onto spacer profiles which are subsequently cut and assembled to form the spacer means. <IMAGE>
