Abstract

A housing for indicating means (8) comprises a cylindrical or prismatic hollow body (1), open at its front end and having a rear wall (6) formed with a tubular appendage (12) extending outwardly therefrom. The tubular appendage (12) houses a light emitting member (15). The housing is formed by a single piece of translucent plastics material. Across the root of the tubular appendage (12) is a thin sealing partition (16) which allows light emitted by the light emitting device to illuminate the interior of the hollow body. <IMAGE>
