Abstract
There is provided a process for immobilization of an intracellular, glutaraldehyde sensitive enzyme, which process comprises reacting in an aqueous medium microbial cells containing intracellular glutaraldehyde sensitive enzyme with glutaraldehyde in the presence of a polyamine with a significant content of primary amino groups, and isolation of obtained immobilized enzyme, immobilized enzyme products of such a process and the use thereof.
