Abstract

Polycarbonate articles coated with (i) a primer layer comprised of an ultraviolet light cured reaction product of (a) a polyfunctional acrylic acid ester monomer, (b) an organic silicon compound containing at least one organic group containing olefinic unsaturation, and (c) an acrylate modified polymer, and (ii) a colloidal silica filled organopolysiloxane top coat.
