Abstract

A drum 10 is provided with a flail-carrying rotor (20, 22) and a lid structure movable between an open loading position, a closed mixing position and a partially open discharging position. The apparatus enables ingredients to be mixed thoroughly and dispensed at a controlled rate while mixing continues to take place. <IMAGE>
