Abstract

A set-square or template 23 for use on a drawing board 20 has an area 24 with magnetic stripes parallel to one edge, an area 25 with magnetic stripes parallel to the perpendicular edge and a finger hole 26. The drawing board 20 has lines 22 of magnetic material with which the stripes of area 24 or 25 can be aligned to position the set-square 23 on the board. The set-square is then freely movable along the lines 21 but not transverse thereto. <IMAGE>
