A preformed arch comprises a front, a back and an underside formed from a material suitable to receive plaster, e.g. galvanized mesh, and fixed to a frame. The arch may be prefabricated in two or more parts, by dividing the arch at its centre line in front elevation or end elevation. <IMAGE>
