Abstract

A kitchen board for over-sink use has end supports 2, 3, at least one of which is extensible relative to the board so that they can be adjusted to rest on opposed edges of the sink, and one or both end supports have integral or attached sieve-trays 8 for receiving material displaced from the corresponding ends of the board. In preferred embodiments the end supports have opposed parallel arms slidable along opposed side margins of the board, and when the end supports are in their pushed-in positions those arms and the end supports form a boundary wall or rim around the board, and the sieve- trays are concealed beneath it. <IMAGE>
