Process for the preparation of optically active Sulpiride <IMAGE> starting from levo-proline through the levo N-ethyl-2-pyrrolidino methanol and the levo-N-ethyl-2- aminomethyl-pyrrolidine which is finally reacted with ethyl 2-methoxy-5- sulphoamoyl benzoate.
