Abstract

A photographic image made up of dots is photographically transferred from a first to a second carrier to remove the dots and usually with a change of image size. The dots on image 8 are dispersed by a diffuser (10) which is spaced from the image by a spacer 9. The process may be used to reproduce copies of reduced size from coloured half-tone originals. <IMAGE>
