Abstract

A cooking oven door (3) hinged along its lower edge and comprising at least two parallel glazed panels (5,6), a metal frame (7) which surrounds them and holds them together, by means of spacers (8,9), and a horizontal elongated member (13) disposed in an upper region of the door and fixed to the frame, and including a central portion (14) constituting a door handle, wherein said handle is a rigid element housed in a cavity (12) provided in the upper region of said frame (7), without projecting outwards beyond the front surface of the external glazed panel (5), a channel being provided at least around said central portion of the horizontal elongated member, that is around the handle, for the free circulation of cooling air (see arrows). <IMAGE>
