Abstract
Diaryliodonium salts, have been found to be effective thermal initiators for the polymerization of a variety of cationically polymerizable materials including epoxides, cyclic ethers and phenol formaldehyde resins, when used in combination with various cocatalysts such as organic acids and copper salts.
