Abstract

A support device for supporting the head and neck area comprises a front section 2; a rear section 3; primary size adjustment means 4; and secondary adjustment means 14. The front section 2 comprises a chin support section 6 and an upper chest support section 7. The primary adjustment means may be blocks or pads 4 located between the front and rear sections. The secondary adjustment means may adjust the tension on the upper chest area.
