Abstract

A device for training allows a user a selection of resistance bands, each one for use in conjunction with at least two anchors; wherein in use a plurality of said anchors are disposed about the user's lower body. The anchor points may be carried on belts placed around the users knee, hip and thigh. Anchor points may also be placed on overshoes placed on the users feet. The device improves running posture as well as strengthening key muscles in the legs.
