Abstract

A container for powdered pigments for use in the colouring of plaster, concrete, mortar and or grout is adapted to contain a known quantity of pigment, and is formed of a flexible sheet material. The flexible sheet material may be soluble. A kit for the production of a coloured plaster etc comprises at least one such container and a colour chart. The kit may also comprise a measure. A method of distribution of pigment comprises: providing one or more colour guides; the customer deciding on a colour; and providing one or more containers together with a direction as to how much plaster is to be mixed with the containers of pigment. A method of preparation of coloured plaster etc comprises: placing known quantities of plaster and pigment in a mixing device; adding sufficient water; and mixing.
