Abstract

A temporary fencing panel 1, 10 comprises a first 2, 12 and second 3, 13 elongate member defining a frame, the ends of the elongate members being pivotably attached together, one or more further elongate members 16 pivotably connected to or between the other ends of the first 2, 12 and second 3, 13 elongate members and one or more legs 6, 18 that project outwards from the frame. The leg 6, 18 may be a portion of the first member 2, 12. The frame can pivot to produce a parallelogram shape or a triangular shape. The parallelogram shape frame may have two end members 2 and two cross members 3 which may be pivotably attached. A plurality of spaced intermediate members 5 may also be provided and they may be pivotably attached at both ends. The one or more legs 6 may comprise of two, parallel legs that may be parallel to the end members 2 and may project outwards from the frame. The triangular shape frame may comprise a sliding member 15 at one end of the first elongate member 12 and a link 16 pivotably attached to one end of the second elongate member 13; the sliding member 15 can slide along the first member 12 and attach to the link 16. The sliding member 15 may comprise a sliding collar. A third elongate member (19 fig 6) may be pivotably attached to one end of the first elongate member 12 and the other end of the third member (19 fig 6) pivotably attached to the link 16. The link 16 may comprise a pair of struts.
