Abstract

A multiple exercise apparatus to receive weights, comprising: a first, shoulder-width horizontal bar 101; two vertical bars 102 extending from the first horizontal bar at least a handbreadth apart; a second horizontal bar 103 joining the two vertical bars; a third vertical bar 104 extending from the second horizontal bar and comprising a thread. The user takes their existing weighted plates, or plates optionally provided with the apparatus, and adds the desired plates to the third vertical bar, securing them with the exercise bar nut. By holding the first horizontal bar with both hands, the apparatus may be used as a barbell. By holding the first horizontal bar with one hand, the apparatus may be used as a dumbbell or a kettlebell.
