Abstract

A portable hygiene device 6 comprising a container 1 adapted to receive a cleansing matter thereinto and having a sealable pouring device 2 for releasing said cleansing matter from the container and further having absorbent material (5, Fig 1) attachable thereto. In use, cleansing matter is released from the container and the absorbent material acts to absorb excess cleansing matter from the skin after use. The container may include a recess 4 to accommodate a portion of absorbent material and wherein the pouring device and recess are sealable. The container 1 may be a jug with a handle 7.
