Abstract

A bayonet-type locking arrangement for the interchangeable lens of a camera, comprises an annular lens mounting member 11 associated with the body of the camera, said member 11 having inwardly extending lugs 11a formed integrally therewith and means, for example through-holes 12, for making the lugs resilient so that they firmly grip the lens when in place. In Fig. 7 (not shown) the lugs are recessed and in Fig. 8 (not shown) they are hollow. Preferably, the mount 11 and its lugs 11a are plastics. <IMAGE>
