Certain prostacyclin derivatives having desirable pharmacological properties, which are the less or more a polar isomer of 9-deoxy-6,9 alpha -epoxy- 16,16-dimethyl-PGF1 and their methyl esters; the less or more polar isomer of 9-deoxy-6 epsilon ,9 alpha -epoxy-16-phenoxy- 17,18,19,20-tetranor-PGF1 and their methyl esters; the less or more polar isomer of 9-deoxy-6,9 alpha -epoxy-PGF1, n-butylamide; the various stereoisomers of 13,14-didehydro- PGI1 and its methyl ester; the less or more polar isomer of trans- DELTA <2>-PGI1, methyl ester; the less or more polar isomer of trans- DELTA <2>-16,16-dimethyl- PGI1 and their methyl esters; the more polar isomer of 9-deoxy-6 epsilon ,9 alpha -epoxy- 13,14-dihydro-PGF1; the less or more polar isomer of 9-deoxy-6 epsilon ,9 alpha -epoxy- 2,2-difluoro-16-phenoxy- 17,18,19,20-tetranor-PGF1, methyl ester; the less or more polar isomer of 9-deoxy-6 epsilon ,9 alpha -epoxy-15epi-16- phenoxy-17,18,19,20-tetranor-PGF1 and their methyl esters; the less or more polar isomer of 9-deoxy-6 epsilon ,9 alpha - epoxy-11-deoxy-10,11-didehydro-PGF1, methyl ester; (6S)-15-deoxy-15-oxo- 9-deoxy-6,9 alpha -epoxy-13,14-dihydro- PGF1, methyl ester; (6S)-9-Deoxy-6, 9 alpha -epoxy-(15R)-15-methyl-PGF1 and (6R) or (6S)-2,2-Difluor-9-deoxy- 6,9 alpha -epoxy-13,14-didehydro-PGF1, methyl ester.
