Abstract

A rotary cutting unit for a dry- shaver comprises a cutting member having a central body (28) with a plurality of hair-cutting blades (29) distributed around it, and a plurality of hair-pulling blades (23) each of which is arranged in front of an associated one of the hair- cutting blades and is carried by an arm (33) which is secured to the central body of the cutting member and which is movable to permit movement of the hair-pulling blade away from and towards the shear plate of the dry-shaver. The arms are secured to the said central body of a coupling piece (24) which constitutes a separate component from the arms and the cutting member. <IMAGE>
