Abstract

A dummy hand grenade having a charge (14) ignited by delay charges (13) mounted in a tubular charge carrier (10). In order to prevent fragments of the charge carrier (10) of the charge (14) being ejected during explosion, the charge carrier (10) is designed as a plastics tube with a closing membrane (16) and is secured to the charge carrier (10) for the delay charges (13) by means of a metal sheath (17). <IMAGE>
