Abstract

A seal comprising a container 7 formed from resilent plastics sheet and partially filled with liquid is provided between a protective tube 4 in a wall 1 and the insulation layer 6 around a pipe 5. The container 7 is of substantially toroidal shape and permits the pipe 5 to move axially and radially whilst maintaining a seal between the insulation layer 6 and the tube 4. <IMAGE>
